iPhone: Australia 3G speeds are the slowest!
According to this study of over 2,000 wordwide participants, Australia has the slowest average 3G speeds at 759 kbps. But seeing as only 233 people from Australia participated in this study, I dunno….
It seems that Australian mobile phone companies are somewhat lacking comparing to the mobile phone companies overseas. It’s not like there is a lack of 3G technology available.
I think what I am going to do it do the test a few times a day from various places in sydney, and post my results at the end of the week…starting this Sunday

Aus is too controlled by the giant operators who monopolized and candled the supposed to be moving pace of the technology in the field of wireless and mobility!!!! this really sucks! even the broadband speed, we are one of the slowest broadband speed provider in the world!!!
